It’s too late for me, but maybe not for you: hormone replacement therapy.
I am 63, and sometimes it really obsesses me that I’ve already lived so much of my life (college, marriage, career, raising kids, what happened?). But I know I am lucky to have made it to this age. I hope to get at least another 20 years, but the genetic material is a little spotty. My father died when he was only 58. My younger brother died when he was 56. I’m pretty healthy, but the aging process is in full swing, because:
