Thanks, this made me feel, well, not better but at least empowered. Damn straight! I’m a white woman and I’m furious!

You said it all and I thank you for it. And I'll do better on your behalf and my own because right now I'm just paralyzed--but not for long!!!

Thank you, your piece has really hit my heart this am, and I am finally processing my anger at all those people who showed the content of their character by voting to send this country into the medieval mindset they have all fantasized about. I am furious. I am mortified. And I will not go back.

Black women are achieving so much and not just the ones we know from the headlines. I remember a day a few years ago when my black female friends were livid because some prominent white guy said that Michelle Obama was an angry black woman. I said "Of course she is. I am an angry white woman. What is wrong with that? How can people not be angry?" Of course, ABW is code for "dares to speak truth." It's time for all women to own our anger and after we regroup, to get going again.

Republicans won because us coastal Democrats have no understanding of the folks who live in the heartland of our country.

While coastal cities have many resources such as healthcare, transportation, and educational facilities. There is a dearth of this in rural America.

Of course we suffer from high density housing, traffic and crime due to many people interacting.

Lifestyles inland are way different, and I have no idea about it.

I only hope Trump can equitably end the Ukraine and Israeli conflicts.
